Miami and Vegas are blue cities in red states.
Miami is a toss up.
Lot of Democratic Jews, lot of Republican Cubans.
In no way is it blue like the major cities of NY, etc are.
But it is a blue concentration in Florida, as most every inner city is.
That'll make FL and NV redder then.
