I wonder where the ACLU were when Bill & Hillary Clinton were using the FBI for whatever the hell they wanted?! They investigated anyone who got in their way! And if that didn't work they turned Hillary's buddy at the IRS on your butt.

The Clinton IRS freely audited scores of White House critics, including prominent journalists. When the political nature of the audits became impossible to deny, IRS Commissioner Margaret Milner Richardson – a friend of Hillary who had worked on the Clinton campaign – resigned, but never faced charges.

It was wrong then, and it's wrong now. Unless there's evidence of criminal actions, these groups should not be targeted. Keeping political opponents under state observation for ideology alone is anathema to the Constitution.

If there is evidence that they actually were engaged in a crime, this is perfectly justified. If there isn't, then it's as wrong as the Clintoons' abuses.

Don't forget the FBI files on 900+ individuals that Hillary illegally posessed.
