The main difference between a Christian church and an Islamic mosque is that the mosques will not allow non-islamics inside. This is how they are able to conduct secret planning sessions without fear of being overheard.

As a compromise, we could start 'bugging' these places at the very least.. if not internally, then externally. I would also track attendence.. but then the libs would have a cow. It's not illegal to track who goes where in the US... just keeping lists does have a bad precedent. It could be passed with a renewal concept every 2-3 years. This would allow the people to remove it easily enough if necessary.
