'WORST DURST' ALARM (neighbors worried---will cross-dressing slicer-dicer kill again?)
NY POST ^ | July 17, 2005 | LESLIE T. SNADOWSKY

HOUSTON — There's no Welcome Wagon for Robert Durst at his ......luxury apartment building.

......Durst will live in the Royalton, a hyper-secure building where condos sell for $1.7M and up. "If it's true, it would give one pause for reflection," said John Kreft, who lives there.

.....Durst — a scion of NY real-estate royalty — wasn't seen yesterday at the building, where visitors must pass an outside gate and an indoor concierge to gain access.

The Royalton's managers declined to say whether Durst was living there, citing privacy rules. Residents said there is no homeowners association or condo board that could have voted Durst in or out.

Durst was released Friday from a NJ federal prison where he was serving time for weapons possession.

He flew first class from Philadelphia to Houston and was immediately fitted with an electronic monitoring device when he landed, said ......the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

He remains on mandatory supervision, which includes random urine testing and alerting authorities of his daily schedule, until November 2006.

.........he was convicted of two counts of bail jumping and one count of evidence tampering stemming from his 2003 trial for the murder of Morris Black in Galveston. Durst was acquitted......says he accidentally shot Black in the head during a struggle over a pistol.

Durst also admitted slicing and dicing (Black)......and disposing of his body parts in Galveston Bay. Black's head was never found.

.....Westchester DA Jeanine Pirro reopened her office's investigation into the disappearance of Kathie, Durst's first wife, who vanished in 1982.

Durst also remains a person of interest in the murder investigation of Kathie's friend Susan Berman, who was shot in the head on Christmas 2000 in her LA home just before she was supposed to be questioned by authorities about Kathie's disappearance.

Durst also remains a person of interest in the murder of Susan Berman, who was shot in the head on Christmas 2000 in her LA home just before she was supposed to be questioned by authorities about Kathie's disappearance.

The story is that the day after Kathie went missing, nutcase Durst needed cover. Suzan Berman---Durst's longtime friend---was apparently the female that called Kathy's employment posing as Kathy saying she would not be in that day. So ditzy Durst went ballistic-----Berman could blow the whistle on him in his wife's disappearance. Looks like in Durst's crazed mind, Berman had to be eliminated to save himself.

I still can't figure out how that stupid jury could have acquitted Durst after he admitted to "slicing and dicing" up that guy! That act alone should have put him in the slammer for life.

There's a crazy killer on the loose out there.

If you look at how this puke has been treated by our justice system you can't help but say yes there is a different system for the rich.
Guy belongs in jail for life and in texas he is lucky to be rich or he'd be on death row instead of living in a highrise.

The buzz is his family is petrified that he may come back to NY and wreak revenge on them.

A lot of people ---including Kathie's friends and family---- are also at risk.

One of her friends has been all over the TV trying to nail him in her disappearance. She must be paranoid.

The braindead jury never thought of his potential to kill again, eh?

And they said the OJ jury was dumb. Galveston jury takes the cake---dumb, dumber, dumbest.

Bought and paid for "justice" to be sure. The case was so cut and dry----Durst admitted to killing the guy. Any idiot would have locked him up for life---any idiot but the Galveston jury, that is.

Why do they call him a cross-dresser? Apparently he disguised himself as a woman to evade police but that's a big difference from dressing up as a woman "just for kicks." But then, the New York Post wouldn't be able to come up with all those clever headlines.

Anyway, this killer wouldn't have seen the light of day if he was just a regular Joe. Money buys expensive lawyers and expensive lawyers will almost always find a way for their clients to beat the rap.

We don't know for sure---but it might be safe to say this nutjob Durst musta been getting his kicks from cross-dressing, as well as trying to evade police. An individual as intrincically evil as Durst must not be underestimated.

I've followed this Durst case closely. In the local papers here, it was noted that after the verdict, at least one of the jurors visited Durst in jail numerous times, and that juror experienced an unexpected real estate windfall.

But of course nothing ever came of it. The MSM has other, more important things to do.

The District Judge on the case was anoyed with the not-guilty verdict. So she put a 3 billion dollar (she said Billion with a "B") bond on him for bail-jumping and evidence-tampering charges. She did her best to keep him in jail.

But, alas, the defense had her removed and his bond reduced.

Susan Criss is a knockout judge. She went through law
school in one or two years, active in lots of charities, BA in 1982, written lots of papers/articles....sounds like a USSC candidate---IF SHE'S PRO-LIFE.
