Novak has had a long history on CNN and in newpapers of getting everything wrong. That is why the news media publishes him as a Republican. He makes Republicans look stupid and smug. If Novak thinks Bolton will not get a recess appointment then you can be assured Bolton will get a recess appointment
I hope he does get a recess appointment if for no other reason than to infuriate the Dems.
You're right about Novak. He's insufferable on TV and he's a terrible spokesman for his position. Those are qualities I'm sure that keep him in demand as a "Republican" spokesman on TV.
