"It has been clear for some time that, if they cannot be in power, they want this nation to fail."

I respectfully disagree. Look at those here who want the republican party to fail, thus letting the democrats win causing this nation to fail. There are extreme factions on both sides of the aisle, but conservatives are eating their own, while in general, democrats are binding in unity under the extremism tag. Instead of conservatives banding together, we are perceived as disfunction, and not united towards the common goal of defeating liberalism. Why is that perception there? Possibly because it's true, the media gloms onto any conservative idea which disagrees within.

The only problem is, I'm not about to "band together" with someone who pushes liberalism, just because he calls himself a conservative. I'm against liberalism no matter what label the person calling for it wants to wear.
