I don't like abortion, but I think it is tearing our party apart. I teach my children it is wrong and I spent many years working in my churches for the pro-life activities. So much hatred there I have backed away. Makes me uncomfortable to hear hate from supposed Christians.

I am an upper middle class white woman. Most of my friends are Republicans. You will not find a one that wants abortion illegal and are very turned off by rapid pro-life rhetoric. Like it or not, that is the truth of many in the party.

It is tearing our nation apart. And this is the consequences before we meet God Almighty.

I think Germany was torn apart when the Germans were murdering the Jews. At that time the "church" didn't want to come across as extreme, or hateful, so they just played "happy" church while train loads of their friends and neighbors went by to their death.

Love is an action, not just a word. Love is not always a big happy, accepting smile on someones face.

i don't hate anyone, and pray for all souls to come to know Jesus and be born again. I love them enough to tell them about Gods love and Power that is able to rescue them from sin.

However I do understand there has been much fighting, and wrong motives amongst the pro-life movements. I distance myself from that too. But for every wrong motive, there are several who God has led to get the message across.

And I especially shun men like that Kansas preacher who says "God hates fags" . God loves homosexuals, and can forgive, and change them.
