The amici brief filed into the court, was an admission, that no crime was committed. The purpose was to get the judge to not jail Judith Miller for contempt.
However, the MSM can't have it both ways. So, why then the drum beating for Karl Rove's head. Obviously, they have notions of a White House cover up, and a Bush impeachment. The MSM, DemOdogs, along with Joe Liar, may not like the grand jury's indictments.
