Idaho Kidnap Suspect Had Friends, Lovers

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - Despite a lengthy record as a violent sexual predator of children, Joseph Edward Duncan III was always able to make friends who paid his bills and lobbied for his early release from prison, The Spokesman-Review reported Friday.

Duncan, 42, is jailed without bail on charges he beat three people to death in a scheme to kidnap two children for the purposes of sexual gratification.

"He is open, honest and eager to move on with his life," one such supporter, David Woelfert of Lynnwood, Wash., wrote to parole officials in 1993. "He is no threat to society whatsoever."

Woelfert loaned Duncan $3,000, paid his initial rent in a halfway house and reportedly became Duncan's lover, according to the documents.

"It is my intention to back him, support him, and help him in any way possible upon his release," Woelfert had written in 1991, shortly after meeting Duncan.

He [Duncan] was arrested in July 2004 for allegedly molesting two young boys, then released on bail. Wacksman loaned him $6,500 for an attorney, according to the Fargo Forum newspaper. A local businessman, Joe Crary, wrote Duncan a check to cover the $15,000 bail, the newspaper reported. (per the Yahoo story)

That poor little boy should have been celebrating his birthday today with Shasta and their father...

Any gruesome torture and death I can think of for Duncan is too good for him.

Mark Fuhrman says this dark story goes even deeper--alluding to pedophile networks and the internet. Why would a pediatrician (of all things!) provide him with bail money?

Bauil money? He wanted this guy to live with him!! The state said no because he had victim age children.

Isn't it common sense to know that you don't want a child rapist to live with a family of children? It's scary that the state has to tell parents that it isn't a good idea. Especially a pediatrician!!

There's more here than meets the eye. Someone earlier pointed out a coincidence in names that have helped this guy before. His first patron turned into his lover. I would like to know what relationship he had with this pediatrician.

On the page of photos of "Jazzi" Jet Duncan in the tight black dress he writes the following:

His most telling caption os found on the page of Duncan in the swimsuit, which is actually a teal green shade. On that page, "Jazzi" Jet writes:

When I was in highschool [sic], like many curious young men, I snuck into the girls locker room to have a look around. Except I wasn't interested in seing naked girls as much as I was in trying on their clothes. I took a swimsuit out of the lost and found bin and put it on the first chance I got. These images reflect the memories of that curiosity (which is a serious crime these days)...




Therefore, it is somehow no surprise to see that Duncan not only revelled in his "status" as "Big Al's punk," he did whatever he could to maintain that status. Read this quote from another photo caption to better understand the manipulative mind of Joseph Duncan -- emphasis has been added:

I was never beat-up, or seriously hurt. But a few men got seriously hurt for trying. 'Big-al' took good care of me because I took good care of him (and his friends of course). Everyone in the joint knew I belonged to him so no-one dared hurt me or they'd have hell to pay...

I originally took these pictures for "Big-Al," a friend of mine who is in prison. This is one that I actually sent to him. I always try hard to cheer his day when I write. Since I'm not allowed to send him pornography, this and some swim suit shots is what I sent to remind him of better times.


By the way, "Big-Al" is actually a very intelligent man with a B.A. degree in Psychology. He's taught me alot about respecting myself in the face of what anyone else thinks, and I have a nothing but love and respect for him, and all his big black freinds friends in there with him!



When I went to the yard without "Big-Al" at my side I would always attract a group of followers. I always figured that's where the term "Queen" came from, because there was always so much activity centered around people like me inside the walls of the penitentiary. I was always expected to know everything that was going on, and I usually did since I had so many people around me all the time. I heard about every little thing. I served an important social role, not just sexual, inside the institution.

I guess there is no secret that I like the idea of being a woman. I was once officially classified by an overpaid psychiatrist as genuinely Transsexual. For those who are still mixed up by all the terminology, a "Transsexual" is typically described as, "a woman trapped in a man's body."


If I wanted to be a little discrete I would sometimes wrap a towel around myself like this picture shows. I would fold it in half of course to make it as short as possible to show off my sexy legs. Occasionally I would wear a towel like this to the day room with nothing on underneath, so guys could bend me over real quick and "get some."


Now this is a good position to get nailed from. I know, I've tried them all!

Allen "Big Al" Parks - Joseph E. Duncan, III's prison lover

He started out doing time in Walla Walla State Penitentiary back when it was rated as the most deadly prison in the United States. He earned the respect of the other inmates, and at the same time completed a Bachelors in Psychology through Walla Walla Community College. He is currently enrolled in a "MAP" program where the Department of Corrections steps him down through the security levels to help him adjust back to life in the free world. Because he was sentenced so long ago he is still under the indeterminant sentencing system, which means he must convince a parole board that he is ready for release. He is hoping for a release date within the next couple of years. He's not looking for financial support, but he is hoping to meet that special someone to share the rest of his free life with. He attends religious services on a more than weekly basis as a pacifist Muslim and is currently the acting Imam (Muslim teacher) for his group. The picture above was taken at McNiel Island State Penitentiary in the "Big Yard." (photo on the right)

Duncan called himself "Prison Queen" on these pages, and on a page containing photos of him wearing thong panties and a man's shirt knotted high on his chest he writes the following:

Most people who read this will think I'm either fantasizing, just wishing, or plain making this up. But, that's okay...I know it's true! I was arrested at the tender age of 16 for seriously assaulting another boy my own age. I was sentenced as an adult and sent to Walla Walla State Penitentiary (WSP). It wasn't long after I arrived that I was living with a big black man named "Big-Al" who took good care of me and shared me with all his friends. The images you see here are dedicated to those memories.

I invited "Jeff" (his real name turn out to be "Joe") over for a quicky. He f***ed me like a real whore, and I loved it. He was only here for 20 minutes at the most. We are going to do it again Saturday.

You are exactly right. Martha's punishment should have been to come clean and redecorate my house, that would have been punishment enough. This piece of crap has been slipping through the cracks in our system and now a family has been destroyed. When children are killed like this, I always think that what if that was the child that was going to grow up and cure cancer or find some alternative energy source? By allowing the scum roam the earth, each and every one of us endanger our futures.

The condition of Dylan Groene's remains when they were found at a remote campsite in northern Idaho...


Duncan cremated Dylan's remains, painstakingly collected the ashes from the site, and disposed of them at a second site, in the nearby creek, where they would be dispersed and very difficult to find. Someday we will be able to tell the story about the recovery and identification of these remains, which will give the credit to the FBI and local investigators that they deserve. Duncan obviously did not want the remains ever to be found, and the investigative team succeeded in spite of the very high odds stacked against them...

Duncan had a relationship with a married woman.


After spending nearly half his life in prison — he was 17 when he was arrested in 1980 and subsequently convicted — Duncan was released on parole in 1994. The documents detail a slow spiral out of control over the three years he was out of prison.
He went from being called a "very pleasant, bright, verbal, open young man" who had "done a lot of work on himself" to being described by his community corrections officer as a liar given to rationalizations and "distorted thinking" that made it impossible for him to accept treatment, according to the documents.
During that time, he smoked marijuana, handled a gun in violation of his parole, became sexually involved with his male community sponsor and had a relationship with a married woman who was "helping him explore his feminine side by helping him with transsexual fantasies." That woman had two young children with whom Duncan apparently was left alone, in violation of the conditions of his parole, according to the documents.

I read that they were able to locate the remains of the body because of GPS system in stolen Jeep. Wouldn't he have driven the Jeep into the town or does the GPS record past locations?
