Good Point...perhaps Bush's Impeachment wouldn't be so bad after all...I'd laugh my butt off if Bush did resign and was replaced by Cheney !

No, that's not true. The maximum time in office as President is 10 years. Ford took office before the mid point of Nixon's term, so, had he won in 76, he could not have run again in 80. Had Johnson run and won in 68, he could have been in office for about nine years and two months.
Of course, LBJ did at least nine years and two months worth of damage before he had served out the rest of JFK's first term.
