Hence, no problem for Pres. Bush, as he could only be impeached for a "high crime or misdemeanor". Also, the GOP controls both houses. He will not be impeached.

I believe this is why they are pushing for Gonzales. Not because they hope he is a moderate, but to give Fat-ass Teddy and his cohorts on the Judiciary, another chance to pound the "torture" drum some more
