I anticipate that we should work on a policy that reduces the probabilities for crazy states and minimizes their impact. Yes, this implies that we should interfere with the ideology of those states, be it Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, North Korea or Iran.
One possibility that we as free citizens could do is to collect money for translating important books that could be downloaded for free on the Internet, why not start with this book

It will make the bombings theologically impossible (admixture of pork will prevent the access to the virgins or raisins, whatever). And I assume Jewish restrictions on pork can be lifted on account of saving the human lives.
