I'd like to see the Swimmer prove the above statement wrong; it's dead-on as far as I'm concerned.

As you say, it is dead on. Big time. There is a reason for it and it is that perverts of all sorts, from all over, tend to drift towards regions that are more permissive, and away from those that make them uncomfortable.
