I don't get it. Islam IS about hatred and violence. Mohammed was conquering warrior and a pedophile. If anything, the terrorists represent Islam and the the moderates are delusional. Its a religion the world can live without.

It is not enough that they condem terrorism. They must actively report any knowledge of terrorist activity within their community and acknowledge that this is an appropriate action acceptable to the Imanns.
In my years, I have often seen proud cultural groups brag that when one of their members does something wrong, their own community corrects the problem, They Clean Their Own House. It's time for Islam to Clean It's Own House.
If they can't do it themselves, then they must support others to do it for them.

Even a cursory perusal of the Koran and Sunnah/Hadiths will reveal violence and intolerance at the core of Islam's belief system. In particular, Muslims who espouse peaceful practices are held in contempt within Islam. For example, take a look at Qur'an 33:60
"Truly, if the Hypocrites, those in whose hearts is a disease, those who stir up sedition, the agitators in the city, do not desist, We shall urge you (Muhammad) to go against them and set you over them. Then they will not be able to stay as your neighbors for any length of time. They shall have a curse on them. This will not pass the smell test until some Muslim militant actually threatens or kills a CAIR member for making, supporting, or appearing in this television ad. If Theo Van Gogh can be shot fifteen times and have his throat slit for making a short film about the treatment of women in Muslims society, then shouldn't CAIR worry that the same can be done to them for daring to speak out against Muslim terrorism?
