Of course the logical question would not by "can", but "why". However, the liberals and democrats have never been a group to let facts get in the way.
Owl_Eagle, this Rove story is the Democrats and their friends in the media creating a non-story. They are trying to stall and postpone the selection process of choosing a new justice.
I don't know what Judith Miller is thinking, but people are already forgetting about her. If she waits any longer she just might rot in prison. Whoever she is protecting should realize he/she made a mistake, and release Ms. Miller from holding his/her name from the courts.
