"I will bridge no insult to honorable ancestors whom fought and died for what they deemed right. If you, or any others cannot fathom that concept, bugger off."
I recall years ago when I was in the army, we had an officer in our unit who was very proud of his Confederate heritage. I, as a proud son of the South, used to have long talks with him about the Civil War. One day he and I were talking when another officer approached. This particular officer happened to be of the Northern persuasion. Both officers were very good friends with each other. When the Northern-born officer heard us discussing our ancestors who had worn gray, he made a crack about the Southern-born officer's ancestor being on the losing side. I saw the Southern-born officer's eyes flash momentarily, and instinctively stepped back to be out of the line of fire and fists. Nothing happened, but I have often wondered if their friendship was ever the same.

"bugger off" is a foreign (United Kingdom slang term). So glad you find it amusing to play devils advocate with Americans during your leisure time.
Anarchy much, you anti-American loser.
