I still ponder the dream/vision which saw Japan being coerced into joining China. Might not be coercion if it were certain parts of their culture.
In any case, supposedly, China cedes Hawaii to the Japanese in thanks for their help in attacking the USA.

Recently I received a warning about the use of this politically incorrect term, so please note, we all need to be more sensitive in our choice of words.
I have been informed the Islamic terrorists, who hate our guts and want to kill us, do not like to be called "Towel Heads", since the item they wear on their heads is not actually a towel, but in fact, a small folded sheet.
Therefore, from this point forward, please refer to them as "Little Sheet Heads."

I seriously doubt that the Japanese would ally with the Chinese under any circumstances. That has got to be one of the most "oil and waterish" possible alliances. Don't get faked out by a few Japanese businesses dealing with the PRC in the short term. The US is actually more in bed with the PRC economically than the Japanese - the Japanese have a much more diverse set of low cost countries they deal with - many in SE Asia, for example. The Japanese also have ongoing domestic production and good CD. When the balloon goes up, due to their front line position, they will be the first to fire back at the Chi Coms.
