There's been a lot happening in Kentucky lately. I think it started (or started to accelerate) when the ACLU went after a small school in Kentucky...

Probably, the ACLU is like a terrorist group, they attack little obscure towns that don't have the funds to defend themselves. Then when they cave to the Mighty ACLU's demands they have a precedent for future cases.

There were a number of folks saying just that a few months ago. The school didn't have the funds to fight the ACLU...
