I was watching "The War of the Worlds" at my local theater, but thoughts of the London bombings kept crowding out the pictures on the screen. And those were remarkable pictures up there. Steven Spielberg spared no detail in showing a bloody rampage of space creatures across the American landscape. Yet the vivid gore of the movie did not overpower the awful images out of London. Why was that?

"What makes the London bombings extra frightening is that these perpetrators, unlike vampires and space aliens, look normal. Sure, the terrorists in London could be identified as ethnic Pakistanis, but they were British-born and dressed like everyone else. In Europe, where 20 million Muslims live, these four would seem unremarkable.

"Darwin suggested that the ability to fear might have evolved as a tool to aid survival. But how can that instinct help you when you don't know whom to fear? The BTK killer was the ultimate average person in his Wichita, Kan., neighborhood. Stories like his churn stomachs precisely because the villain walks among us unobserved."

Good article. What has happened is that over generations the Liberals, or what ever you want to call them, have effectively disabled our sense of what to fear in the name of "tolerance," "diversity," or what have you. For several generations, our children have been trained by the NEA to embrace their destroyers and reject their protectors. Their God-given instincts have been jammed by politically correct noise. Our social immune system has been neutralized in the name of Disney's "it's a small world after all."

I read an article in the Telegraph which noted that one of the survivors/witnesses of the suicide bombing of the bus had been alarmed by the guy who turned out to be the bomber - noticed that he was nervous, that he was rummaging frantically in his backpack, and... that he had olive skin.

The writer pointed out that this shows that people ARE profiling (another word for noticing what's going on with) Muslims - regardless of the official line. Self-preservation is a pretty strong instinct.

"The 9-11 attacks were hooked to the American presence on Saudi soil."

What it boils down to is their believe that while it's fine to occupy our soil for Allah, it's war when an infidel walks on Allah's earth. This is pure Satanism, and they are tools of Satan be they personally peaceful or hostile.

As one Muslim said during an interview that he loved the freedom of living in the West, however, he felt many people in the West were "too free" and that he would like to see that excess freedom ended.
