Good summary. You have illustrated the cause of the Revolutionary War against the British. The movie "The Patriot" comes to mind. It is too bad they do not realise the magnitude of the juggernaught they are starting. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but in 50 years America will look very different.
Remember Bacon's Rebellion. The crown had agreements with the Indians, but they were killing settlers; the crown and the colonial authorities were weak and indecisive. Frustrated with years of indifference to their plight, Bacon led a revolt and cleaned house in Virginia. This was 100 years before our Revolutionary War.
