not a bad idea. but Miller isn't going to talk under any circumstances, so unless Fitzgerald has some other evidence that would demonstrate that - we will never know.
She'll talk if she finds out there is a possibility of her remaining in prison after this jury is released. Another jury could be seated and the first order of business could well be Miller. Back to jail she goes.
