Well, he has reposted it now....as a RED LETTER headline (but no flashing light). Could be that this is why Judith decided to serve jail time; she had to wait for Cooper to testify so he could relay to her what kind of questions he was asked...this way they have time to coordinate a response from the NYTimes. This whole story has gone beyond the absurd...into the twilight zone.
