This "investigation" dates back to 1999. Yep -- SCO has been on notice that their barratry is without basis for six years. That is, if anything, an aggrivating rather than a mitigating factor.

Thanks for yet another content-free post. Trouble is, IBM started really investing in Linux in late 2000, so anything that SCO researched in 1999 is irrelevant.
