What is racist about "Islam Scum"...? I am appalled that there are a great number of islamists in beautiful Scotland, so many that the country has an "Islamic Society" president.

It's understandable but not right. The focus needs to be on better assimilation and making the 'slims into law abiding patriots, as opposed to complete alienation. It would be a tragedy if Omar Kayam went out of business due to the owners being run out of town - nothing like their Lamb Vindaloo washed down with one or more 80 shilling ales! All of that said, the first thing I'd bin would be political correctness!

Would they have any problems with the appearance of such graffiti on any of the organizations that celebrate the 911 attacks in England every year?

If the graffiti were smiley faces would they write about it?

Or is it the nature of the message?

Not saying that this act was justified but there IS institutional support for Islamonazism and terrorism among some British mosques. Places that show recruiting videos to launch jihad against the West.

Turning a blind eye to that leave you open to having the other eye gouged out.

Religion is a choice.

Islam is not a choice to most of its adherents. Except for those muslims living in western countries, choosing a religion other than Islam can result in severe penalties, including death.
If you're born into it, you're pretty much stuck with it unless you have the courage to face the consequences.
