I wouldn't carry a service issued 45 for anything. I an an expert shot, but the service issued 45 is more accurate when thrown at the target.

GarySpFC, strap one M67 to your service .45 prior to throwing and accuracy is improved between 20 meters and 40 meters. Method not recommended to improve accuracy under for 15 meters.
