I just saw a lawyer posting on SM that the statute of limitations for manslaughter/murder on Aruba is 18 years. And that if Joran is not charged when he gets out of jail they compensate him for his time!!
I thought I had read that they only had two years from his confinement to charge him or the case was closed. And when closed evidence is destroyed. Geeze.
I haven't been near the computer for a few hours, but I did just hear on BoR an Aruban reporter give out some information. The said the morning Natalee disappeared they were able to trace when Joran got home by checking his cell phone and battery. He got home at 4 AM. Depek did go home, but left home again early in the morning.
