I know you're just being disruptive, but why shouldn't we care about just one young lady? Surely you don't mean that eminent domain issues are more important then the life of someone? or the fact that a foreign government is helping cover up where the body of one of our citizen's is located? Has a SCOTUS appointment been made? (I can't believe I would miss that) so really, all we're doing is armchair quarterbacking on that subject. And I'm sure I could make a point about terrorism taking human life--and uh---isn't that what we're talking about on a smaller scale? But if you think there are other things more important, then by all means, go post on those threads!
Here's the rest of my post. I don't know why it didn't show up in #16:
Let's care about the other 857,000 reported missing every year too.
Let's focus for a while on the poor child missing from St. Louis, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston etc. Nah, that wouldn't boost the ratings or sell advertizing would it?
Natalle will be the focus until the next pretty white girl comes up missing.
I agree and who says people can't be concerned about more than one thing?! We all should be concerned when a person disappears in a seemingly safe place like Aruba where loads of people go to vacation. If Natalee hadn't had a bear of a mama and gotten the media involved, Natalee would have been just another one to quietly disappear.
