This whole story would be history except that the media hates Rove and could never pass up a chance to do him in. The WH punted this one down the road during the campaign and now they're paying for it. Not a bad play considering they won the election.

Exactly, I don't see how anyone who drives to a CIA office and works in there all the time and NOT in the field could be considered 1. Undercover or 2. Covert.
