Once, over a year ago, but probably not like you had to.
I was locked down at the PAX Terminal all day waiting for a C-130 to Kuwait when Rummy paid a surprise visit. We were stuck in the PAX tent until Rummy was ready to leave Baghdad. (We flew out right behind him at about 9 p.m. at night.)
There was a heck of a sandstorm going on and I was trying to catch some shut-eye (what else was there to do?) in the TV tent, but all that flapping noise the wind was making made that a futile endeavor.
