Thank God and about time. Freedom of speech does NOT protect sedition. Now can we get that Florida professor to do some time?

Yes it does; just not incitement to war or violence. If this guy were preaching peace, love, and rock & roll, he wouldn't have a problem in the world (except perhaps a lack of followers). Instead, he chose to preach that young men should join foreign militaries to kill Americans. So now he goes to jail, forever. Good.
