I would love to see the estate tax return for Joe Kennedy and see how much in estate taxes that were avoided by using generation skipping trusts, etc. I think full disclosure by a tax-lover such as Ted Kennedy is appropriate.
Now I'm not sure of this....But i did hear that Ted Kennedy executed his mothers will in Florida to avoid state taxes in Mass.
