Why haven't mideast countries been told that if terrorism is linked directly back to immigrants and travelers from their countries, reprisals will be taken on a 10,000-1 casualty ratio? I think our most of our human 'intelligence crisis' would suddenly clear right up.
Its not about "immigrants" its about "Muslim immigrants" (who come from terrorist states). They are the ones to watch out for.
