I also recall hearing Washington state trying to pass some sort of law to amend and extend RICO for terrorist activities.

It has also been used as an anti gang stick in LA I believe.

Overall I think Mosque based terrorist grps are a perfect example of a corrupt enterprise. They extract money and many cases through intimidation(racketeering..) have link to other corrupt organization, probably launder money to be used for bomb making, terrorist training, forged documents etc.. provide services for terrorists to travel in and out of country. Mulah is can be viewed as Godfather of the of virtual muslim criminal "family".

As I said before I have no law background whatsoever. Anyone know why these laws weren't used?

How long will it be before Britain comes to the conclusion that it needs to close down mosques, close the borders to further muslim influx, and begin to clean house. Close, close scrutiny will be required of everyone who travels to countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and other hotbeds for so-called "religious training", especially those whose passports show lengthy stays in those countries.
