Last month on a promotional tour for his film "War of the Worlds," the 43-year-old star chose the Eiffel Tower to propose to girlfriend Katie Holmes. Since Cruise "exploited" Paris for his PR by doing this stunt, they slapped him with the resolution od "non-welcome." Still it looks petty.
French left are just as much nutcases as Cruise. However, they apparently fail to notice.

Cruise was described as a "sect-symbol" by a Socialist deputy. Now that is downright funny...a sect symbol...LOL
