What? Nominating Levin and Gonzales wouldn't change the court ONE bit. There is nothing acceptable about Bush breaking his promise and not appointing Scalia-like originalists.
Clinton didn't break his promise to name two far left-wing judges. If our side rolls over and doesn't demand the same from the guy we elected, we might just as well give up.
