But hey ... our heroes are worth every second of time spent to defend and honor them!!!
Sorry you had such a difficult time. You were missed.
I'll try to ping you when I do the report for last night, but I'll mention this now. A WR patient, who served over a year in Baghdad, brought us two bottles of champaigne to thank us last night.
Whether the soldier or Marine patients can "join us" by holding signs is doubtful, although we're gotten numerous thanks from them. I'm betting heavily that the WR officers have instructed the WR patients and staff not to interfere with the Pinkos and most probably would not hold a sign for fear of being said to violate the policy. Numerous WR patients have joined us in friendly conversation.
Thanks BillF
That is so great. I can see why they don't join because they are, after all, still in the military and aren't supposed to b engaged in politics. However, it would be nice for the PINKOS to see them come over and shake your hand and ignore them!
But I see what you are saying. And it was nice to hear that your protests against the PINKOS was appreciated. Keep up the good work! I would join you if I lived near there.
A friend of mine mentioned us in his blog:

lol....that made me smile. Too bad a couple of pinko loonies didn't get stuck to his tire tread.
You guys are doing a great service. Thanks!
