That's the actual title of an article to which we're linked. :-) Can't take credit. I think it's from Michelle Malkin.

Sure, it's all about you. :)

Hey, that wasn't nice.

I come I-95 to I-395 to get there. I have been going home via I-495 to I-95. Will this change?

Thanking you in advance for your kind response. ;*)

Hope that you know that I was kidding.

You may want to retrace your steps for the return, thus avoiding the Beltway. At this stage, it's hard to tell.

Suggest that you listen to a portable radio the last 1/2 hour or so of the FReep and get traffic reports. If the Western outer loop of the Beltway is announced as having bad traffic, you go south through the city to I-395 to I-95. If no outer loop problems for that stretch, go back using your usual return route.

At that time of night I'd recommend staying with I-495 to I-95 to get home. Should the Beltway traffic be quite heavy, once you get into VA you could always work your way west over to Hwy 29 and take that south toward Charlottesville. Hopefully it won't be a major issue for you. The biggest impact will be on anyone going north to/south from eastern MD/DE.

I was just providing a traffic update (re: Woodrow Wilson bridge closure) to expected attendees in post #93, and I inadvertently missed you and the Doc. So I was apologizing. :-)

Oh, I don't get pinged many times. If I can survive flame wars since 1998, no ping is nothing. I keep trafficland.com up at work.

Ping for the pizza order!

Likes vs. dislikes... so I can order appropriately. I don't want to be banished to the pink-o's side for misordering.

:-)
