No. Judith Miller doesn't belong in jail period. She has no obligation to burn a source over this phoney Wilson/Plame BS, and taking that position doesn't make her a traitor. For all we know Rove called her with the same message he had for Cooper, and unlike Cooper she chose to listen to him and keep her mouth shut.
Now if you want to order up a firing squad for the NYT editorial board, I'll have no objection.
