I could be wrong, but the only thing Bush promised was that anyone leaking at the White House would be "dealt with". I figure Rove deserves a pat on the back, so maybe that is how Bush "deals" with it!
The Judge already made it clear that Rove was not involved.

You are somewhat wrong. Bush said anyone leaking AND found to broke the law would be dealt with. Of course when is MoveOn ever honest.
Actually what Bush said was "If anybody in my administration has broken the law, they will be dealt with."
As usual the Democrats are twisting words to make their demands look reasonable.
Rove has not been convicted of breaking any law, and Bush has not defined "dealt with".
