Does McCain realize that he saying he wants a justice who will declare the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Law unconstitutional?

Please note that campaign contributions from Indian Tribes are exempt from McCain-Feingold. Arizona's Navajo's reportedly have deep and grateful pockets to fund Senator McCain in his self righteous and devisive political adgenda.

The John McCain decision making process is to flip a coin. Heads he sides with Republicans, Tails he is with the Jackass Party. Either that, or schizophenia.

Does McCain realize that he saying he wants a justice who will declare the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Law unconstitutional? You bet he does. He has to realize just how bad the law was written, and how much it was abused in 2004.
