I seriously doubt that any of these devices would be operable today. These things require routine maintenance.
Maybe they have already set a few of them off and they were duds.

Or maybe a couple of Russian Mafia guys spent a bit of their loot on vodka while laughing their asses off at the suckers who bought the "suitcase nukes" they cobbled together out of gumball machine parts.

As an entrepreneur, your post knocked me backwards, spinning wildly out of my chair. Selling gumball machine parts to terrorists. Hmmmm... you can pick up the gumball parts for $3.53 on eBay plus $20 shipping, then turn around and resell them for $30 million to a bunch of idiots. According to my sales spreadsheet, 99.999922% of the total is pure markup!
