I repeat my point: We can deport the cell members and their "support staff" (MS-13 and other assorted characters), and if the border's secure, we can make them stay deported.
As another poster pointed out, if there are unauthorized nukes in this country, they'd need maintenance, and possibly resupplies of critical materials. So it still wouldn't be too late to close the border to this type of activity.

how about we arrest them or kill them?? Deporting them wouldnt do much good.
