1. We can try to evacuate every place the enemy is going to strike just before they strike.
Not practical as we can all clearly see.
2. We can try to get the government to evacuate the enemy, legally kick these people out, detain them, or take them out, and also not let them in in the first place.

2. The Government prevents any illegal from entering the United States. Seal the borders. At the same time we detain, then "export" any and all Muslim / Islamic affiliated. Period.
The ones in this country don't seem overly dismayed when the extremists strike. Ok, you need to find a different country.
