His book is almot 100% open source, and I checked on quite a bit of it right after reading. That said, most of his 'predictions' did not come true. But, I have learned to take each piece of information with a grain of salt, but try to put it together with the broader picture.
Every top guy in AQ has mentioned using nukes at one point or another, they met with Pakistani scientists who also hate America, and globalization has made access to materials much easier than it has ever been. Top it all off with the nuclear fatwa issued by Hamid bin al Fahd, and we seem to have at least a reason to believe they, at the very least, want to acquire/use nuclear weapons against the U.S.
People look at WND, and immediately believe the whole story to be complete nonsense, but MANY highly credible sources have given the idea merit.

People ask why they haven't used them, if they have them... We MUST look at al Qaida like we would an adversarial army. Whether you believe they are terrorists, or insurgents, they have a grand plan... they aren't going to hit us with the only nuke/s they have for the opening salvo, that would be quite stupid of them.
