I had a nice chat with a fellow from Montana yesterday. He says he sold his property there because all the Arab billionaires are buying out the American millionaires in Montana and Wyoming.

He was from near Yellowstone.

Kind of makes you wonder and at the same time it makes me sooooo mad because I've always thought of those areas as the last stand for our country whether it be terrorists or illegals!!!

Anyone from that area able to confirm or deny this info?

From todays SitRep.

I–90, Lolo National Forest. A Type 1 Incident Management Team (Sandman) is assigned. This fire is one mile south of Alberton, MT and includes the Tarkio, West Mountain and Fish fires. Private residences, commercial properties and utility corridors are threatened. Structure protection is in place. Steep, rugged terrain is impeding containment efforts. Ground fire with isolated torching and short crown runs was observed. Interstate 90 and all accesses along the Clark Fork River from Petty Creek to Tarkio remain closed

If you go to the middle column of the following link, check out the National Incident Management Situation Report, under National products. In addition to data on Incidents, today there is an excellent and timely discussion of Wild land Urban Interface safety considerations.
