If no one in the emergency room says anyone is bleeding, and someone is, then is that also the doctors fault for not checking out everyone? I don't think so. If Im-an-ass threatened with a gun, thats assault.

It doesn't say he brandished or threatened him with the gun or knife...only that he was armed. Imus is ALWAYS armed.
