Please correct me if Im wrong...does the SP have to tell the *target*(of the investigation)that he is the target.....I remember reading a long time ago that he does.

Fitzgerald has said specifically that Rove is not a target.

This more and more looks like a cheesy plot by the New York Times to discredit the Bush Administration that has backfired big time.

I want to know about Judith Millers source. That will tell us a lot I think.
