I wonder if the publishing industry is surprised at the success of yet another 'blackballed' conservative book. They will give a huge advance to an author prepared to toe-the-line, while missing out on profits if the book doesn't reflect their bigotry.
Now that's the sign of an industry in serious trouble.

For what it's worth, EVERY publisher passed on our book (including Regnery, because from what I heard they got word a couple of years before ours came out and signed Woods to do his "quick and dirty" Politically incorrect Guide). We only got two bids, one from a very small publisher and one from Klein's publisher, Sentinel. Boy, do those publishers wish they had a "do-over" on that. The average book sells about 2-5,000 copies.
