true...but what's the price of not doing it, you know? At least you take away one option...narrows them down. Just because you can't prevent every situation doesnt mean you shouldnt prevent the ones you can. IMHO.
Just another thought, isn't there some way they could block incoming calls, yet still allow people to call out in case of an emergency?
