I saw it and was not impressed. This is a red herring anyway since such a spotting is not going to occur. These dumbasses know at least enough to make sure the bomb is not seen AND no one is going to recognize a spot of color as an explosive. Excuses to prevent the authorities from trying to deal with terrorism are of no interest to the serious minded.
